Digital delivery
All Exam Quay products are digital. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, the relevant file or bundle is made available through Shopify’s digital-delivery system, normally from the order confirmation, delivery email or customer account.
Before contacting support
- Check the email address used at checkout.
- Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Open your customer account and review the relevant order.
- Try a current browser and a stable internet connection.
Licence
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchasing a resource grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for personal study, within their household, or for the purchaser’s own direct teaching of pupils.
You may
- Download the files to your own devices.
- Print reasonable copies for the licensed use above.
- Use the material during your own lessons with pupils you directly teach.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute or give away the files.
- Upload them to shared drives, websites, social media, messaging groups or resource libraries.
- Pass the files to another tutor, tuition centre, school, family or organisation.
- Remove ownership notices or present the material as your own work.
- Use the files to create a competing product or dataset.
Unauthorised copying or distribution may result in withdrawal of access and enforcement of the owner’s intellectual-property rights.
Support
For a missing, damaged or incorrect file, email info@knowledgequay.com with the order number, purchaser email address and product title. Do not send payment-card details.
