Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases of digital resources from the Exam Quay Shopify store at examquay.com. Contact Exam Quay at info@knowledgequay.com or 1 Pankhurst Avenue, London E16 1UT, United Kingdom.
Products and orders
Read the individual product description before purchase. It identifies the subject, year group or intended level, included files, formats, edition and any stated limitations. Resources support learning and practice; they do not guarantee an exam result or imply endorsement by an exam board or school.
Select a product, add it to the basket, review the order and complete checkout using an available payment method. You can correct the basket and your details before submitting payment. The checkout shows the order total and currency before you pay. Orders are confirmed by email. Keep that confirmation and a copy of these terms.
Digital delivery
Products are digital downloads, with no physical shipping or delivery charge. Files are supplied through Shopify's digital delivery system after checkout, normally through the order confirmation, delivery email or customer account. If you cannot find or open your purchase, contact us using the address above. You need a compatible device and suitable software for the file formats stated on the product page.
Licence
Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, the purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, household or direct teaching use. You may print reasonable copies for that use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or give away the files, or upload them for public access. Copyright remains with its owner. The store's Digital Downloads & Licensing page gives further delivery and licence information.
Refunds and customer rights
The Refund Policy explains cancellation, download problems and statutory remedies. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Personal information is handled under the store's Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; they do not remove rights under an existing order.
