By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
2. Products
Our products are original digital educational resources supplied as PDF, ZIP or another stated digital format. Product pages describe the principal contents, intended entrance level and whether answers, mark schemes or guidance are included. Please review that information before buying.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when Shopify confirms it and payment is successfully authorised or captured. We may cancel and refund an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, technical failure or legal reason preventing supply.
4. Immediate digital supply and cancellation
Digital products are normally made available promptly after successful payment. Where access begins during a statutory cancellation period, we will seek the consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law before supply begins. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.
5. Licence
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resource for personal study, within the buyer’s household, or for the buyer’s own direct teaching of pupils.
You may download the files to your own devices and print reasonable copies for that licensed use. You must not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload, share or give the files to another tutor, tuition centre, school, family, organisation, website, shared drive, social-media group or messaging group. You must not remove ownership notices, claim authorship, or use the files to create a competing resource or dataset.
6. Intellectual property
All copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the store content and resources remain with their respective owner. The purchase price pays for the licence described above; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
7. Educational and admissions disclaimer
Exam Quay is independent and is not affiliated with ISEB, GL Assessment, CEM, any examination board or any individual school. School requirements, test formats and admissions arrangements vary and may change. Our materials support preparation but do not guarantee a score, interview, offer or school place.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep purchased files available through the delivery service, but customers should download and securely retain their own copies. Contact us if an order contains a missing, damaged or incorrect file.
9. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or obligations owed under consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer living elsewhere retains any mandatory rights and protections that apply in the place where they live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version applying to an order is the version presented when that order is placed.
